Our price already reflects wholesale's discount pricing. A percentage is taken off your order.

Questions: Do you have all the items shown in the website in stock?
We maintain and update our website twice a week and all items you see are in stock.
An item you may have seen the night before may not be in the next morning.
Once the item is sold out, it is taken off the website within 48 hours.
I don't see an item that I purchased before, do you still have it?
When we are sold out of a certain item it should show that is sold out,
if the item is not shown it means that the item has been discontinued.
I didn't get every item I ordered. Will you send me the back order later?
No, we only provide credit for any missing items. If you did not receive a certain item due to it being out of stock, you will not be charged.
You may reorder the item again once we have restocked it.
My credit card was declined and I've decided that I want to cancel my order, would that be possible to do?
It is our policy that we do not allow any orders to be cancelled.
Although we cannot force you to pay for an order that you no longer want, your online account will be cancelled along with your order.
You will never be authorized to enter our website again.
I just received my order, but one of the items are damaged. What should I do?
Notify us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will receive credit for the cost of the item and shippng charges on your next order.

In order to place an order online you must provide a valid credit card number.
If you don't wish to put your information on the computer simply call us and make the order online.
What is your method of shipping?
The only company we use for shipping is UPS.
We ship out all packages through ground shipping but you do have the option of next day, second day, and third day select.
You will be responsible of the shipping fees if you wish to change the shipping ground package.
How long does it take for my order to arrive to me? Is there a guarantee on the shipping time?
We try to get all orders out within 24 hours after the time that the order has been placed (except busy seasons).
For the actual shipping time, that is handled by UPS. They are responsible for the shipping time.
We cannot guarantee the time line once the order is in UPS possession. Please click the UPS map to see the transit time.
